Helpful staff. They didn't service my area but sent me in the right direction. Great showroom to see lots of counter samples on display.

KitchenPlus recently completed a master bath remodel for us. We worked with David Passeau (designer), and our onsite project manager was Vannak. KitchenPlus had remodeled our kitchen several years ago, and they did a great job. Our bathroom remodel was no different. It looks fantastic. David is bursting with energy, has a great eye for design, and is a pleasure to work with. Vannak was a pleasure to work with, and he had GREAT tilers. Our bathroom remodel was completed on time (except for a small door issue that was resolved a little later) and on budget. Thank you, KitchenPlus, for a beautiful master bathroom.

We have just had our kitchen remodeled by Kitchen Plus and are very happy with the results and the company. We originally chose their bid, as they gave us a timeline of 1 month compared to 3 months from the other companies. They did warn us, however that the trade off was a longer wait time to start the project. We got the bid in Oct 2015 and our project started in June 2016. As we were also replacing all our floors, our family of 5 had to live downstairs during this time, so minimum time being displaced was our deciding factor. The wait time was frustrating at times, but once the project started it moved quickly and professionally. Our project manager, Tim Burr, was awesome. He addressed all questions quickly and professionally. He also was very friendly, and I felt comfortable having him in my house while alone. Tim often bought up issues we hadn't thought of, and was a wealth of knowledge.

My husband and I hired Kitchen Plus, in Bellevue, WA to re-do our kitchen countertops, backsplash and fireplace surround. They did an amazing job! The moment we walked into the beautiful design studio we were greeted with friendly faces and professionalism! We selected materials and set a project date. When the time came to get started with our project we were greeted with a wonderful project manager, named Eric G. He was kind, courteous and a pleasure to work with! The end result: Our kitchen is GORGEOUS and as promised - it really was on time AND on budget! :) Thank you Kitchen Plus!

I think I've remodeled the kitchen in every house I've owned (at least 5!) This was the first time I hired a company to design & complete the whole project. It was so worth it! They took the time to do a layout & make a plan. I then went to the showroom to go over the plan & choose materials. A technician came to my house to do final measurements so everything was well planned and designed. All the cabinets, appliances, tile & stone was in the warehouse before they began tearing out my old kitchen. The work took 5 weeks from demolition to finishing touches! That is a world record! I've suffered through 5 months for smaller projects! Communication was great, choice of finishes was great, workmanship and attention to detail - yes, great too! Shout out to my construction supervisor James! Thank you. I still love my kitchen nearly a year later - that's a measure of success - that I have no regrets about the choices I made.

We used KP 9 years ago to renovate our kitchen, and remain thrilled with the results. The cabinets are beautiful and sturdy. Despite a few surprises outside of anyone's control, the process was relatively painless at the time. All the workers were punctual, respectful, and took care with my home, and were mindful of having two young kids in the house. This year, we finally got around to remodeling our downstairs laundry/bath and contacted KP again. Shannon was our designer, as she was for our kitchen, and she proved again very in tune to our wants while keeping our budget in mind. It took a few months longer than we hoped to get started, but we were warned of that up front. Mike N. was our project manager, and he was great as well. He kept on top of things and were it not for a flooring glitch, the room would have been done right on time. These things happen and it was just a few days' delay. They always cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day and took care not to let our cats out when they needed to be in and out to their trucks or to cut lumber. They were also careful not to be louder than necessary, as I work from home. In all, a great experience. I never thought I would be in love with a laundry room, but I am!

I had previously used Kitchen Plus to remodel my kitchen, which was a great experience, so when it came time to remodel the master bath, they were my first call. I worked with Shannon Ferguson, and she was great. Lots of great suggestions and helpful guidance on how to make the solution work. She quickly cued in on my tastes, and the redesign came together pretty quickly. When the work actually started, I was assigned Mike Nause, and I have to say, I don't think I could have asked for a more accommodation Project Manager. Mike was pretty much on the ball the whole time, and was quick to discuss any issues. He coordinated with the various contractors, and everything went pretty smoothly - there will always be issues, but they were quickly addressed. Speaking of the contractors - these folks were amazing! From Anthony who was a whiz at dealing with the complicated pluming requirements for the shower system, through to Drew who dealt with the tiling like it was being installed in his own home. These guys took pride in their work, and the end result shows it. I would highly recommend these folks for a home renovation project. After two projects at my home, it's clear that they are a quality shop with great people.

When we thought about getting the kitchen remodeled we went to the Home show and talked with quite a few people and had a few come out to our home. When Kitchen Plus sent Georgia to our home I was skeptical about the time...three weeks? No way. After much talking and thinking we decided that they were the best company for us. We've had plenty of work done on our home in the past but by far this has been one of the best experiences when it come to remodeling. Our project manager Tim B. is the absolute BEST!! Tim is VERY COURTEOUS, PERSONABLE and VERY ORGANIZED. The kitchen looks amazing! I can't say enough about Kitchen Plus there was not one hiccup not one oops. This is not the least expensive company but we believe that this was money well spent and it was totally stress free!! Everyone one that we came in contact with has been extremely professional and knowledgeable. We would use this company again as well as recommend them to others.

I recently had my kitchen remodeled by Kitchen Plus and am totally happy with their transformation of my old kitchen to a gorgeous up to date beautiful new one. Kitchen Plus uses a great team approach that brings together the designer, cabinet maker, cabinet installer, installer of tile, flooring, plumbing, lighting, etc. to work with you in creating your dream kitchen! They do it all ! and live up to their motto "OnTime On Budget". Everyone from Kitchen Plus was so professional and personable, particularly Georgia Gulick, my interior designer/team leader, and Mike Nause, my project manager. Both were knowledgeable and skilled in their fields and great to work with. I highly recommend Kitchen Plus.

great designers to work with, stayed within the agreed upon budget, work site was always clean and the workers were professional and efficient. I would work with them again.
