Helpful staff. They didn't service my area but sent me in the right direction. Great showroom to see lots of counter samples on display.

Kitchen Plus redid my kitchen over 8 years ago. I have been very happy, and everything functions beautifully. I stopped by today to inquire about obtaining some shelf supports and changing some cupboard hinges and was immediately given replacement supports and new hinges with a detailed explanation of what to do. Service with a smile after 8 years. Thank you Kitchen Plus.

We were so pleased with the job Kitchen Plus did last year refacing our kitchen cabinets that we used them again this year to completely remodel our bathroom. We hit the jack pot by being assigned Ricardo Bugarin as our project manager. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, reliable, communicative, highly skilled, hardworking, personable and respectful of our home and of our time. I am very much a perfectionist so appreciated his attention to detail and his desire to do an exceptional job. The end result is perfectly beautiful! It is true there is a long lag time before KP can start any project, but that just tells me they are in high demand because of the great job they do. Even though I have used them before and they finished exactly on time, I was skeptical they could really complete this job as quickly as they indicated, yet they did it again and it wasn't from cutting corners. To make the accent stripe in the shower area more stable and aesthetically pleasing, Barry the tile setter went the extra mile and spent many hours at home one weekend removing pebbles from meshed back accent tiles and meticulously attaching them to a long board. KP paid for his time and didn't charge me an extra dime. KP may not be the cheapest route to go but I find them worth it because they start the job when they say they are going to, complete it when they say they are going to, charge what they say they are going to, do fine work and guarantee everything they do for life. All these things serve to greatly reduce the stress of remodeling. When a little hiccup or concern came up manager Eliot Leiren was quick to respond and was very accommodating. If something ever has to be fixed down the road, you will be in very capable hands with "Mr Fix It", Craig Bieggar. I would not hesitate to use KP again and have recommended them to friends and relatives who have used them and were also pleased.

We wanted to say a BIG thank you to Robin (designer) and the entire KP crew that worked on our kitchen remodel. It looks great and we are very happy with it! Robin was an amazing help guiding us through the entire decision making process (and several 'change my mind' episodes!). Once the remodel started Eliot and Craig were terrific in the execution of the work, staying on time and being very conscientious about all the dozens of details. We also appreciated the work by Wade who did the back splash tile - he was willing to make sure we were happy with our decisions and gave helpful advice on cleaning the tile. In addition to the team's expertise and skill, everyone was so enjoyable to work with, which made the process easier for us.

Kitchen Plus was great to work with from our initial visit to their showroom through all phases of our kitchen and goes bath installation including the design, layout, installation and finish detail. They were professional, on time and provided a quality product and quality workmanship.

Georgia was our planner and was great to work with. Easily available, listened to our wants, budget, and helped us through whole process. One of the smoothest projects ever. Wes was our project manager and was on site every day. Answered innumerable questions with friendly professionalism. Added on to job without issue and still completed on time and on budget. Would use them again anytime. Great people and great service. Two months after completion of job, we are still thrilled with our kitchen.

I'm a repeat customer to Kitchen Plus. They first remodeled my laundry room and it was on time and on budget as advertised -- same with our recent master bath remodel. I am thrilled to death with both results. On the master bath remodel I worked with Susanne Burns, Interior Designer, and Tim Burr, the Project Manager. I can't say enough good things about either one. Wade also did a masterful job on a complicated tile job. The entire crew were professional and knew their business. Of course issues came up -- they always do on remodels. The litmus test for me on whether or not to use a contractor again in the future is how the issues are dealt with and managed. I was extremely pleased with the level of communication and problem solving to address issues. Bottom line, I am a repeat customer who has recommended Kitchen Plus to everyone I know who was contemplating a remodel. My friends who have used Kitchen Plus have been equally satisfied. Both of my projects were on time and on budget -- love that!!! Thank you Kitchen Plus!

We had our master bath COMPLETELY remodeled. This extensive project went incredibly well. We had excellent communication at every step of the installation. The workers were very talented professionals!! we were so impressed. Eliot supervised the project; we would love to have him back. The result is wonderful; we could not be more pleased with the bathroom.
