Kitchen Plus

Kitchenplus did a great job remodeling our very old kitchen in our very old house. It was not an easy job, with old wiring, old lathe and plaster, new hardwood floors that had to be married into old floors, textured plaster that had to be replaced to look like the old walls, new door, new windows. Everyone was professional, patient, and easy to work with. Wish we had done it sooner!

When we decided to have our kitchen remodeled a few years ago, we bid the job at several places, plus a couple of independent handymen. We opted for Kitchen Plus because they'd done a lot of work for neighbors and had a great rep. It wasn't the lowest bid, but we figured we wanted the job done right. The kitchen turned out so well, when it was time to overhaul our master bath, we didn't bother calling anyone else. Our bath was finished today, and it's SO AWESOME I am just tickled pink! Do yourself a favor and spend the extra it takes to get the job done by a company that provides courteous and skilled employees and subs. As a side note, Kitchen Plus does their own cabinet work, and I have to say it's the best you can find anywhere. The soft-close doors and hardware they use is really heavy-duty.

We have the metal-wrapped door product in both our kitchen and bathroom, and I love it. It's virtually indestructible, and so easy to clean. Probably not recommended, but I actually use a Scotch-Brite pad to clean them -- doesn't even begin to come close to marking it. Tremendous product...impervious to water as well. You just need to ensure they don't get too hot (as if you need to be told to keep open flames away from your cabinet doors).

From start to finish Kitchen Plus was a joy to work with. They were on time and budget with no surprises along the way. (On time and budget is their slogan.). They changed our 1980's master bath to a current design which is a wonderful addition to our home. I would use Kitchen Plus again.

I checked many kitchen remodelers before choosing Kitchen Plus. I decided to go with them because their cabinets are not only top quality, but also custom built to within 1/4" increments. Because of their ability to precisely fit my space, I was able to fit in more cabinets in a small space. I designed the kitchen myself because I knew exactly how I wanted it to look and they came through 100%! Kyle is simply amazing! He did a lot of little things that were not even on the list because he felt they would take the kitchen to the next level. He came back multiple times until everything was perfect. Yes, you have to wait for your remodel because they are busy, but they are worth the wait. Unlike most of my friends's full kitchen remodels, mine was completed in under three weeks! We recommended KP to a very picky friend of ours and he was also thrilled with their work. Simply top notch quality and service. I highly recommend them.

We started out looking into remodeling our kitchen through Lowe's last December. Just didn't get a good feeling about it - i.e. if they really knew what they were doing or wanted our business. Met Ronda from Kitchen Plus at the Seattle Home Show in January - and she had excellent suggestions and was very helpful. We ended up doing more than we originally intended, but we now have a beautiful kitchen that is more functional, current, and beautiful. They were on time, on budget, reliable, professional and responsible. It did take about 4 months from the time we signed a contract until they were actually able to begin the work - but it was worth the wait. Then, the total remodel took 2.5 weeks - and we totally gutted our kitchen. Removed soffitt, got rid of all old cabinets, countertop and sink, moved and redesigned the island, and had some lighting improvements. Flooring is not included, so you do need to arrange and pay for that separately. We found that their prices were way lower than most contractors - and they handled all the arrangements with electrical, HVAC, sheetrock workers. There were no change orders, and the project manager/installer took pride in his work and cleaned up after himself every day.
