After research, his program was the most cost effective I could find. He was always prompt in getting back to me when I contacted him with questions. Thanks to the wonderful reviews on yelp I chose to use Dr. Joe for my journey on HCG diet. It has been a great experience. Dr. Joe has a very welcoming, compassionate and knowledgeable presence. He explained everything in detail and made me very comfortable knowing he was always available with any questions or issues. I had great success with my first round losing 35 pounds with Dr. Joe's support. I'm so excited to begin my 2nd round in a few weeks. I highly recommend Dr. Joe.

About 2 years ago, I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and despite my efforts (working out 6 days a week and meal prepping) I still gained 35 pounds!! My doctor continued to encourage me to try (even harder) to lose the 35 pounds in order to get back to my "normal" weight and to help control my PCOS symptoms (ie. not having a monthly menstrual period, insomnia, mood swings, etc.). Since diet and exercise alone was not helping my situation I decided to do some research and find other alternative routes. This is when I met Dr. Joe who helped me with my situation. Together we decided that I try the HCG diet as well as the "skinny shots" to help with my weight loss. I did the 40 day regimen and successfully lost 26 pounds and have been able to keep it off! My menstrual cycle has been more regular than it has in the last 2 years (yay!) and my energy levels and overall mood has been fantastic. I haven't felt like this in years! I still have about 10 more pounds to lose to reach my target "healthy weight" and plan to do another 40 day regimen soon! I highly highly recommend trying the HCG diet if nothing else has worked.
