Over the last three years after a series of difficult events in my life I gained about 30 lbs. I was having peri-menopausal hormonal changes that I think slowed my metabolism down drastically. I tried several different diets during the last year and nothing worked. I was pretty faithful to the diets I started but would get so discouraged when the scale didn't move. I went to Dr. Dubroff in October and he listened to my story and started me on Hcg and gave me all the info I needed to get going on a diet. I did a 30 day round of Hcg. He was always available by phone and text and gave me support as I needed it. I ended 2017 down 25 lbs. I was shocked at how quickly the weight dropped off. I originally went to Dr Joe for HCG for weight loss. In 6 months (3 rounds of HCG), I lost 61 lbs: from 259 to 198. After the weight loss, I mentioned that I thought I had sub-clinical thyroid issues. I have all the signs of low thyroid but my thyroid levels tested on the low end of normal. He prescribed thyroid medication that has totally turned me around. I'm no longer sluggish in the mornings and my temperature is nearing the normal range (my normal temp was around 96.8 rather than 98.6). I also mentioned a problem with hemorrhoids. He gave me some homeopathic and herbal remedies and the bleeding has substantially lessened (yeah, gross, I know). He has helped me so much on several different issues. He's a great guy and really seems to want to help people. He definitely helped me. Nothing but good things to say about him. Happy to send before and after pics if anybody doubts the results. I went from hefty, back to being fit and strong. Nearly all weight lost was fat, my arms were 15.5" before the weight loss and 15.5" after (I lost a boat load of fat but seemed to gain some muscle size and definition as well - I didn't follow the diet plan exactly on the third round of HCG, I ate extra protein and worked out, but not hard, just long walks and light 15 minute weight lifting sessions). I now have cuts between my quads, calves, hamstrings as well as bi's and tri's and although not quite a six pack, you can see the lines between my abs. Great results and I feel awesome!
