Professional grade. Five stars. Impressive performance. Etc... I cannot say enough about the team of experts at RV Town. Roger was able to repair the hydraulic issues that Poulsbo and RV Country failed to. Extra impressive that he did it in a few days and they had my rig for two years. Those places employ parts changers, Roger is a mechanical technician. There is a difference. I’d like to NOT say I’ll be back, but it’s an RV - something else will break. When it does, this is the only place I’ll go!

We recently worked with Kelly for them to buy our fifth wheel toy hauler. Kelly was very communicative and worked with us, even driving all the way to Olympia since we didn't have a way to get the RV to them. We got an estimate that was what we were expecting and that's exactly what we got. When we get to buy another RV, we would go here.

GREAT, GREAT PLACE!!!! I live in Renton, but they had my perfect trailer. I dealt with RJ over the phone, Robert at the store, and Robin in finance! FANTASTIC service all over! The Service department was so very busy, but he was great! I look forward to working with this family! Highly recommend!!
