Ryan and his staff is top notch, friendly as heck and they listen to you. I recently bought a pop-up trailer and I needed a tow wiring system put on my SUV. I went to two other places and they were OK. I went back to Ryan's RV Town because they spent time with me by looking at what I wanted done and where I wanted things to be attached within reason. Steve Witter one of the tech guys spent time with me by showing me how my new towing system works and the pro/cons when towing...he even remembered my name at the very end. They have FREE wifi, coffee/tea, playroom for kids and a TV to watch while waiting.
I bought my RV new from RV Town in mid 2005, a 23 foot Weekend Warrior toy hauler travel trailer. They have serviced it several times since doing warranty electrical and water damage issues that came from the factory. Weekend Warrior may have gone bankrupt but Ryan's RV Town has stood by their product and taken good care of us. They have always done an amazing job for us. I'm writing now as they've saved me a couple hours of work tonight by complementary hand washing the RV during it's latest service. We had them do an axle flip, and while it cost more than I had hoped, they again did a great job going above and beyond at every turn. They replaced all the hardware that was bent and mushroomed for our safety while lesser shops may have reused parts. I had a three day window before our next trip to get the work done and they pulled off a miracle and were finished in one day. I can't say enough about their customer service. It makes me think there should be a six star rating for outstanding here on Yelp. Times are tough in the recreational vehicle market, but these guys continue to deliver great service. I wouldn't hesitate to take my RV to them again as they take care of it better than I would myself! Thanks!
Ryan has been the service manager at RV Town and is now running the operation. I;ve been going there for service the past 7 years and always came away with quality work at a good price. Very highly recommended!
We had been trying to figure out how to fix our water pump on our Revel Sprinter Van. Winnebago was no help but one phone call to Steve at Ryan’s and he helped us troubleshoot it!! Thank you, thank you!!! So lucky to come across Steve at Ryan’s!
I just love these guys! Just dropped off the RV for more solar stuff. One of our slides isn't working quite right. Roy is so upfront, with his calm, but totally honest demeanor. It's a pleasure doing business with him.
