After spending 6 months with my original dealer trying to determine why batteries weren't charging, I contacted Ryan's RV Town. Made an appt and 3 days later, the trailer was fixed. Dealt with Steve. He handled the warranty claim. At the time of pick up, he called Alex, the tech, to explain what was done and answer any questions. I questioned why my batteries weren't charging while I was towing. Wes came along and quick diagnosed the problem - my truck wiring. So I'm off to the Ford dealer. These guys are great! I'm a customer for life.
