What an easy process to eliminate these nasty creatures. All the staff was friendly, quick and very thorough. I had no expectations since this was our first experience, but it was a good one. Went back 5 days later for the re-check and they got every one and we're lice free. Kirmisha & Linda did a good job. This really made dealing with this issue so much more tolerable. Worth every penny!

So I found out my 5-year-old daughter had lice and quickly realized that I had it too. I thought I could handle it with a thorough application of RID, but I was wrong (and out $50). I realized I needed to call a specialist. I settled on The Lice Place based mainly on the Yelp reviews and also on the fact that they were less than the other business (Hair Faires?). I also called both businesses to confirm pricing and treatment. The Lice Place got us in immediately. Shauna clearly explained their policies and costs and she and Mesha went to work on me and my daughter. They were professional, careful, efficient, and friendly. I was worried I'd be anxious about someone padding the clock, as they charge in 15-minute increments, but I never felt that way. They were working quickly, while being thorough, and they weren't stopping to chat or do other things. They were focused on us. They answered all of my questions and even made sure I didn't have more questions. I knew it wouldn't be cheap, but I do feel better since we left. I spent $123.00 for each of us (1.25 hours each), along with $24.50 apiece for the lice comb that you MUST buy--even for just a lice check you have to buy the comb. With the $10 spray I elected to add on, the total came to around $300. We're heading back for the free recheck, something they consider part of the treatment, next week. I'll update this if need be. But I really do feel like it was money well spent and the did a careful job.
