The service The Lice Place provides is priceless! After treating my daughter with NIX, I was attempting to remove everything (that should've been killed by the process) with that completely useless comb that comes in the box. Yeah, I kept finding live bugs that I had to use my nails to remove since the comb slid right past them! I treated her again, with the same results. I just couldn't handle the pressure of looking at each strand of hair and removing things that were still alive, knowing if I missed even one that we would have the same problem in a week or so. I decided that in order to avoid a mental breakdown I needed help. I almost went to a similar business in Dallas, however, they insisted it would take AT LEAST 3 hours and would need me to return the following day since they only had a 2 hour slot to work on her. It just felt like they were trying to rip me off, so I went to The Lice Place and they finished within 1 HOUR! They were detailed, thorough, efficient, and just made me feel like they cared about resolving the problem, NOT on how much money they could squeeze out of me in the process. So my daughter got to relax and watch a movie, the whole family got checked (giving me some peace of mind), and they provided us plenty of info and taught us how to use their comb to catch future occurrences from the start. They were quick, friendly, and informative. They also got us in within a few hours of my call (thank goodness!). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
