When we first started using AIA, we saved significantly, cutting our monthly costs for insurance by almost 35%. I was astounded by the decrease in cost. Also, for working so hard on finding me the right coverage at the right price. Crystal went above and beyond for me after I found out that my auto insurance wasn't on my new/used car I bought from last May and was still covering my former car. Last May, which is long story, I called several times to get my new car insured. It wasn't Crystal I spoke to, but, the person that I did speak to, assured me that my new car was covered. When I received my insurance card in January, I wasn't happy to see it was still my old car insured and not my new car.
