After speaking with Scott from High Mark he confirmed it's highly unlikely that would be needed. They showed up the next day and took care of the job. Professional, polite and honest. William of High Mark came to my place this week to fix a problem and investigate another. William was very pleasant to deal with, very professional, fixed our problem, and solved the other issues without having to do unnecessary repairs or replacements. I will definitely use High Mark if I need plumbing services in the future.
