Adam and his team used quality materials and are very conscious on building a safe home. He and his entire team are extremely courteous and helpful. It was so easy to work with them. They pay attention to every detail and I mean every. Our home was destroyed in a fire, so to us it was very important that the wiring was quality. In our very first meeting SAFETY was the first concern of Adam. He explained to us he uses high quality materials. They do not walk away when the house is completed, they explained with new construction there will be kinks to workout and they stand by there work. I love my rebuilt home.

We have worked with Adam and the team at Lingenfelter Custom Homes on a couple of projects, and they have proven to be one of the most organized builders that we have worked with. Adam has built a team that communicates well and pays attention to every detail, including those that the homeowner will never see and the inspectors don't require. Anyone can call themselves a custom home builder, but I think Lingenfelter has earned that title.
