I would like to take time to say that the folks at Ryan's RV town are exceptional stand up people. I purchased our RV through them and must say it was an amazing experience. Yes I said that. I basically purchased our RV over the phone just via pictures from the internet, and not at all disappointed. I traveled over 900 miles to take delivery. Kelly, Heather and Darryl ( I hope that is his name) treated me excellently. They were personable and professional and on point. They took care of business and didn't wast time. They followed through with all we discussed and I didn't have to recontact them or remind them. Outstanding. I would like to say thank you to each of them. They are a courteous group and there is nothing negative I can say. If you're I the area are not and in need of a RV I definitely recommend them. Love our RV and the price wasn't bad either.

We bought our RV at Poulsbo RV and aren't happy with their sales or repair department. Anyway we called them to get our RV serviced before a trip and their was a month wait. My husband looked around for another place to take it and found this place with fabulous reviews. It's practically across the street from Poulsbo. They could get us in the following week. Highly recommend did a great job. We will take it here from now on.
We had a fantastic experience renting an RV from Ryan's RV for our recent trip to the Gorge over Labor Day weekend. We were two couples and had more than enough space in the Minnie Winnie 31K. Fully loaded RV with AC, shower, kitchen appliances, electric awning, you name it! The beds were comfortable, too! I am always happy to support local businesses who are doing great things in their community. The entire experience was super easy and I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and friendly, almost family-like feeling of the company. Heather in the front office did an exceptional office and Kelly was a delight. Everyone in my group agreed that we did not feel as though we were being ripped off or that it was a stressful experience. There was no "nickle and diming" or hidden fees. They took care to make sure that we were comfortable and understood everything about how the RV worked and how to best enjoy the amenities. Pickup and return were a breeze and the RV ran great! We will definitely rent from them again if a need permits. FYI, if flying into SeaTac, you are looking at about a 30-45 minute Uber/Lyft ride so you may want to factor that into your budget, as we paid over $100 to get to Ryan's RV during rush hour with Lyft. Still worth it though to get an RV if you are going to the Gorge!!!
Called with a technical question and was given the information that I needed with the professionalism one often longs for but seldom finds....I had spent many hours trying to get the information that they gave me from the manufacturer and other dealers with no luck...they will be my RV service center from this day forward. Great service!!!
Provided fair prices and very honest/trustworthy service. I rented a trailer which was supposed to have ac with help of a generator for a hot trip on the east side of the cascades. Kelly was out of his own generator rentals so he borrowed one from a neighboring RV center that was supposed to power the ac. Well it ended up not working, but Kelly refunded me the full amount I paid for the generator rental. I also had some small damage that occurred because of the mass amount of people near the trailer and he was very fair at evaluating the cost to take from the original safety deposit. I did bring the trailer back very clean, but needless to say this was some of the best service I've ever had. I will definitely be renting from Ryan's RV Center and telling my friends and family that they know how to treat their customers right.
Best RV place around!
I decided to stop in and go to Ryan's RV Town as I was brand new to the RV owning business. That said I was very nervous as there is so much to know about these vehicles and I am so "Amateur". I was greeted by Ryan in which he came out and looked at my vehicle. What amazed me is that he was respectful first and foremost. He answered ALL of my of my questions and never hesitated to answer them. He made me feel comfortable and excited that I owned an RV, almost like a "Welcome to the club". I am now dedicated to always coming to this shop and look forward to working with them.
