This place is great, Wes in the service department was great setting up our hitch and John gave us a 90 minute tutorial on our travel trailer. Also, when a wire came loose disabling our slide out Wes drove out an hour away to come fix it for free. Get the silver package, it's worth it.
Parts and service department went above and beyond! Needed a rubber seal that I was having trouble finding. Parts (and service) went above and beyond to find me the seal I was looking for (in the shop.) Thanks guys!
Ryan's service department team is the absolute best!! I don't know all of their names, but every time I need something for our motor home those guys and gal...
After getting mediocre service for years at the competition down the street I finally took my rig into Ryan’s to get my satellite dish installed on the roof. I was about to throw the whole thing away it was so inconsistent, but after Alex did the install I got to my campground and turned on the rv and low and behold… it worked!!! Effortlessly!!! It was like Christmas morning. Thank you Ryan’s and especially Alex for doing such a great job on the install. Night and day difference:
A big thanks to Alex K. at Ryan's RV Town for all he did to make my solar installation project this past May a great experience! I met Alex as I was leaving the RV show this past spring, chatting with him at his display of solar equipment. He explained the lithium ion batteries as well as a couple of other items he had there. I was impressed with his solar knowledge and professional business manner in which he educated me about solar equipment, rather than trying to pressure me into buying something quickly. A few weeks later, after a bad experience at another dealership I went to for solar information, I went to see Alex at Ryan's RV Town. He took the time to show me the different parts to a trailer solar installation, and explained what I would be able to power on my trailer with a few different types of solar installations. From our discussion, it was obvious he was knowledgeable about solar power and installations. It was also obvious he enjoyed helping customers by designing a custom solar package to fit their needs. Based on the positive experiences with Alex, I decided to have him install a solar system on my trailer, and it was a great decision. The quote was accurate. The installation was well designed, with attention to the best location for batteries, inverter, and control panel displays inside the trailer. When I picked up the trailer after installation, Alex took the time to explain to me how the system works, and how to use the apps with the solar system. Again, it was obvious he was happy to create a positive experience for a customer, and that he took pride in having done a job well. I have enjoyed two off grid camping trips since this installation, and thanks to Alex's expertise, the solar system worked perfectly! I had more than enough power to run everything in my trailer. I highly recommend going to Ryan's RV Town and asking for Alex if you are thinking about adding solar to your RV!
