The quote and appointment times were spot on. It seemed like the installer was rushed, which ended up damaging part of the windshield cowl grille. I had to bring it by the shop to figure out how to fix it, Joe worked on it, but it's not fitting flush. I will be replacing it, at a cost of about 150 bucks. Also the paint was scuffed during repair, it was blamed on the last replacement. Joe offered a discount on another windshield job, honestly, I'm not sure if I would trust another job on their hands
