Came in for windshield replacement and now the new windshield leaks. Called them back and he tried telling me it was my sunroof, mind you the broken windshield didn't leak prior to the new windshield being installed and my sunroof doesn't even work to begin with.

Update that Joe's glass did stand behind their word and guarantee, And they fixed the issue without any issues.

Technical work and capability is good but I was quoted $540 ($360 without lane departure) for my windshield because I have lane departure which I was convinced I do not have. When I was given the bill they charged me $500 and the remainder of $1200 to my insurance. This practice is what drives up everybody's insurance. After the installation, I took my car to the dealership down the road and had them confirm that I do not have Lane departure. Confirmed; I do not. The clerk was condescending with me thinking I didn't know. Sure maybe there's a spot for the feature, but my model does not have it.
