I was able to make a same-day appointment to get my windshield repaired, which was wonderful. While driving on the freeway late Friday, a rock flew up from the road and made a little ding, less than the size of a dime. It hadn't grown in the last few days, thankfully. So today, Monday, I called and Zach got me right in. He helped direct me to my insurance company, where I was pleased to hear that the repair was covered. It took about 15 minutes for Joe's Glass to fix the ding, and now it's barely noticeable. They were very nice and accommodating. I heard the owner, Joe, on the phone with another customer while I was waiting and he was very patient and kind. I like this place!

Clearly this business is not in desperate need of positive reviews, but I had a very pleasant experience anyway and I want to at least make sure Joe hears my positive feedback. I'm preparing for a long drive (One-way to Las Vegas! Hell yeah!) and the four rock chips that have accumulated on my windshield got me to thinking about the structural integrity of it. Mostly tiny dings, except one big chip that's been there since I bought the car. Have never seen one quite so eye-catching. I called around/emailed a few places and unfortunately the prices were crazy or they couldn't accommodate my work schedule. One place said they close at 5pm, and with no lunch break the earliest I leave work is 4pm. I told that business I could head there straight after work and they told me, "We stop accepting rock chip appointments at 4." OK, then you might as well just say you close at 4. Fortunately I stumbled onto Joe's Glass. Called about my chips, got a cheap quote from a nice friendly guy (Zach might have been his name), and he said no problem, just head over after work and we can get those taken care of. Everyone was extremely hospitable there, including but not limited to Nick at the front desk. The staff consists of younger people, probably not far off from my age in my late 20s, but very courteous, quick, and definitely set realistic expectations for the repairs beforehand, as well as informing you of the proper aftercare if you might be doing a full windshield replacement (I overheard them speaking to other customers). My worst rock chip is now a tiny ding that is much easier to overlook. I can't guarantee pricing will be this rate when you go in, but total repair price for me was only $82 including tax, which is a fantastic deal compared to other options I looked into. I told my mom where I went and she said she visited this place for a windshield replacement, and apparently they were the best price she could find for that, too!

Wow!!! The service here was great. They were efficient and quick. I was in and out in almost no time. The new windshield works great and they were able to get me almost right away.
