I needed both my rear windows in my Mercedes S500 repaired. One was broken out and the other was not going down. Scheduling the appointment with Joe's Glass was simple. They showed up on time with the correct glass and fixed my windows at my businiess' parking lot while i worked. It was rainy and cold, but it did not seem to bother them. They completed the work promptly with no hassles. What i was quoted on the phone was exactly what i paid with no bait and switch. Joe's Glass made my windshield replacement pretty much worry free. They worked with my insurance company, USAA, to take care of the billing aspect and the tech came right out to my house to do the work. It was a pretty seamless and pleasant experience!
I wanted to write about how pleased I was with the replacement windshield on my sons Honda. Chad arrived well within the appointment window (no pun intended), and worked diligently even if it was a bit cold. He was efficient, though and an all-around friendly guy. He even cleaned up after himself, what a concept. Most of all your company came to me on my schedule. Seldom do you find a product with service like this at such a modest price.

I can't believe I called and was able to get an appointment for the same day to replace my windshield! I also found out they are affiliated with my insurance, so I get the same great guarantee that I would have if I had gone through my insurance companies suggested company! I got there early, they checked me in, told me my wait time would be about an hour and 35 minutes later they were telling me my car was finished, I was surprised and very pleased! They had the best price I found and everyone was so nice over the phone and in person. While I was waiting in the reception area waiting for my car, you know how it is at some places, you are sitting there and a technician comes in from the garage and starts making rude comments, or talking about the boss, or how they don't like their schedule something like that, but nothing like that happened, I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was polite to the customers and to each other! Thank you to all the people who made this a pleasant experience!
Unfortunately we’ve had two broken windows. The first window broke and I shopped around and Joe’s had the best turnaround so they were a no brainer. When a different window broke I immediately called Joe’s because I knew they would take care of us fast and have the best price! Thank you Joe’s glass company!
I called Joes, Was able to get to get a quote quickly, made my appointment. I arrived the following day, They were ready to go and very friendly, My windshield was installed in the time frame they gave me with No issues, The Glass was good quality and the install was perfect.
