Had my car broken into over the weekend leaving a giant hole in my back glass. Called Joe's Monday morning and they were able to get me in by noon. Once there, they were working on my vehicle within 3 minutes. Entire job was done in an hour. They even started working on my car 20 minutes before my appointment time. I don't know a thing about glass so I don't really know how to judge workmanship. As far as I can tell the glass is on straight, no audible difference inside and didn't fall off on the way home so I'm happy there. Overall a pleasant experience and now I don't have to worry about snow filling up the back of my car. Many thanks to Joe and his team.

I have used Joe's Glass Company for 5 different vehicles. Their installation is always the most honest, reasonable price and they are so fast! I've never had my appointment be scheduled more than a couple days out and in my latest encounter with them they got me in last minute same day.. I can't say enough positive things about them. The staff is polite, welcoming, honest and sociable. I would absolutely recommend this company to anybody needing honest reliable work done on their vehicle.

First time unexpected customer to this comany and the service and staff is phenomenal. I woke up Tuesday morning to hear that my rear window had been smashed in over night. Already frazzled with phone calls to make, finding someone to repair my car before the holidays seemed nonexsistant. My insurance company luckily referred me to this place which was 8 minutes away from my place (rather then traveling to Seattle which seemed to be my fate if wanted done soon). I called Joe's and they told me to come in right away and they would take care of my car. I came in, I was offered coffee and snacks and a nice place to sit while I waited for my car to be taken care of. My rear window was replaced in under an hour and also cleaned of all glass pieces. My car looked like a nightmare this morning and now I have my car back looking like it did before the incident. Thank you so much! If anyone wakes up on a Tuesday morning to discover their car windows in pieces before the holidays, and needs a quick and efficient repair I recommend them completely!

Called them last minute was shipping car to Hawaii. And needed Windshield replaced b4 they would ship . In and out of Joes 45 mins Stellar work Stellar Crew! 2nd windshield replaced here same service both times.

What a pleasant experience! We were heading out on vacation when we took a huge rock to our windshield.
