Awesome customer service. Prepare yourself for a seamless experience from your first phone conversation, to taking your car to the shop, and your departure within an hour of arriving. Everyone at Joe's has a great attitude and I found them super helpful in getting things done quickly and efficiently. I've now had 2 windshields replaced, both well under what Safelite quoted, and both took under an hour at the shop. If you are having any window or windshield issues, I highly recommend these guys!
