Got my windshield replaced here. There was a water leak after the install and I had to bring the car back. Joe and his team reinstalled the windshield and I'm very please with the installation. Thank you.
Got my windshield replace here. Not a bad work. Just some few things to be aware, the plastic clips when installed could have been done better: there was one missing plastic push pins missing and one broken clip, I've ask them at first I was told everything is ok but told them just please take a look at it. The worker didn't say they forgot to put the push pins and wrong clip thats breaks as they put it, but it's ok even if not mentioned because they put in the right clip and install a push pin after I brought it back just wish it was done the first time. Also I care to notice it's not flashed all the way in still afterwards but I guess it is ok, I'll figure it out myself afterwards. In regards with the windshield install: I havent fully tested for water leak or air, but looks ok, ill test it later and update this post. In that it is set a little off, a little higher than the roof metal framing. One side is flashed in fine but the other corner is sticking out a little. Compared it already with the rest of honda civic cars myself and I can defenitely say that it wasn't installed the same. However it is decent if the customer is not that concern. Overall, thank you doing business with you Joe, hopefully installation quality will get better.

Advertise they do glass repair. No appointment must walk in and wait. Went in and was told it was bigger than a quarter by the 1st guy and not repairable. Held a quarter up to it and wasn't bigger. 2nd guy came out and said you will be able to get fixed somewhere else. Basically they were to busy for small work. Wasted time
Had good vibes from other customers on google and on how highly rated this local auto glass repair was but had a very bad experience with them. Was getting my front windshield replaced on my 2016 Acura ILX and initially had a good talk with Joe the owner and the front desk service writer. Shortly after when they started working on my car i could clearly see the un professionalism the shop mechanics had and clearly have no respect for peoples vehicles. Laying all their tools on top of people cars same with my trunk while working on them and scratching up the paint. When they got finished they ended up damaging my wiper cowl ripping parts of the wiper cowl seal that rests on top of my windhsield and they blamed it on manufacturer defects and it is stuck ontop of the windhsield from the factory so when removing the glass the cowl gets ripped off with it which is not true at all. I even went to the dealership and asked about this and examined other exact models for their claim about it and it just rests on top of the glass and moves freely with no adhesive. I also saw the cowl on my car got moved so out of position now it hits the hood everytime you pop the hood and is completely out of line with the body now, not to mention there was black sealant left everywhere on the paint all around the windhshield and i just ended up cleaning everything off my self when i got home. Joes glass said they would replace the cowl with a used one if they could find one and if not they would buy one new from the factory and i would get a call back in a week and if not to call them back. I waited a week and did not hear from them so i then called and they said joe was not in to wait for a call back from joe but never heard a word. I went back about 2 or 3 weeks later in person and got the same response that joe was not there and to wait for them to call me but haven't gotten a call or been back since. I would rather them order a cowl for me and let me replace it because i do not trust their work at this point.
