Jeez...where do I start? I had just gotten pre-approved with roadloans yesterday. Today I decided to try my luck in getting the "dream car" that had been sitting on my vision board for over a year. Knowing how shot my credit was, I figured the worst that would happen is driving home in a different car. Long story short not only did I get my dream car (a white 2016 Ford Fusion), I got one of THE BEST customer service experiences I've ever had there! Starting from James (Car Rep.), then Tim (Finance Rep.), and finally Haseem (Closer); they were EVERYTHING! All very candid and super knowledgeable. Especially James and Tim. I wasn't sure if I was being difficult but I came in knowing exactly what I wanted to drive home in. Despite my seemingly outlandish requests, they patiently made it happen for me. All in all, Carsmart is amazing and I definitely recommend it to anyone regardless of credit history. Tell James I sent you! Good luck!

Chassidy helped me and I am so pleased with the car I am driving away with today. I had no clue what to expect but she made sure that I was treated right and that I get the car I deserve. Overall Carsmart is the best dealership to go too. I recommend anyone to go there whether you have good or bad credit.
