When I first moved to St. Charles, I was 19 and had no reliable resources really. I was trying to figure everything out for myself and I came across the 3 for $30 oil change promotion so I visited the Five Star Service Department. I immediately felt comfortable and taken care of with Tim and the rest of the service team. They were always there for me when my less than reliable car gave me issues; and I never felt like I was being overcharged or lied to. Now that I'm older and I was ready to purchase a newer car for myself, it wasn't even a question that I would go to Five Star first because I knew that they were a company that really cared about people.

Up until the time I had a problem I felt like I was totally part of the extended family. Then the day came when I had a problem. Everything was almost completely solved before the hour past. Now I truly feel like I will be in this family for life.
