Betty did an amazing job talking to me and setting me up with an appointment so I could talk to someone. Kassaundra is who ended up helping me when I got to the dealership! She was absolutely phenomenal! Kassaundra explained everything about my credit and their process without making me feel unintelligent! I hadn't planned on driving away that day in a new-to-me car, but Kassaundra listened to my needs and they were able to get me into a car that fit my budget and makes me proud to drive it everyday!!!
